Requirements:

• Experience as CTO / Head of Engineering in a software product startup OR as a Software Engineering Team Lead in an autonomous team within a medium/large software product company
• Full-stack Software Engineering experience of 8+ years (.Net, Python - our main stack)
• Experience in ML/AI projects for 3+ years
• Experience in designing architectures, building, and launching commercial applications based on LLM (Langchain/Langfuse, TGI / vLLM)
• Product-oriented thinking (start with user, problem first)
• Willingness to work in an early stage, pre-MVP startup
• Fluent in English or Russian

Main task pool:

• Design and implementation of the LLM-based solution
• Drive development of the agents, facades and whole backend scope of the solution
• Drive development of the frontend solution's part
