We are looking for a Head of Analytics who will build a strong analytics team and help take our products to the next level through a data-driven approach.
We aim to attract a leader and expert responsible for setting up analytical processes, managing and developing the team, and creating the analytical strategy for the company's products.

Your responsibilities will be:

• Development an analytics strategy aligned with business goals.
• Management the decision-making process for analytics and architecture solutions.
• Implementation automated reporting systems and set team goals
• Building a predictive analytics system.
• Continuously identifying growth opportunities, generation, and test hypotheses.
• Optimization of monetization: improvement ad, transaction, and subscription flows.
• Evaluation advertising campaign performance metrics and optimize marketing strategies.
• Management and development of the analytics team.

What you’ll need:

• Experience as Head of Analytics or Senior Analyst in a product IT company;
• At least 2 years of experience with mobile products, product optimization, and marketing;
• Proven success in scaling analytics processes;
• A/B Testing: expertise in test design, validation of results, and optimization recommendations;
• Product Analytics: experience analyzing user behavior, segmentation, and audience clustering to identify behavioral patterns and enhance UX;
• Leadership Skills: ability to organize team operations and drive professional development;
• Communication Skills: ability to explain analytical data clearly to various audiences;
• Strategic Thinking: planning and implementing a long-term analytics strategy to achieve business objectives.

Technical Skills:

• SQL: deep knowledge for working with databases and query optimization;
• Data Warehousing: experience with AWS (Redshift) or similar solutions;
• BI Tools: advanced proficiency in Tableau for creating interactive dashboards and data visualizations;
• Marketing Tools: experience with AppsFlyer;
• Product Platforms: use of Amplitude for behavioral data analysis;
• Monitoring Tools: experience with New Relic and Grafana;
• Orchestration Tools: experience with Airflow for managing ETL processes;
• Machine Learning Tools: basic understanding of ML frameworks for building and integrating ML pipelines.

Will be a plus:

• Experience building analytics processes from scratch;
• Experience managing an analytics team.
