Looking for an experienced Laravel developer for first-party API development and an admin panel on Laravel Backpack. An innovative project utilizing OpenAI APIs for auto-moderation, auto-translation, and more.

Important: The project is urgent. Please realistically assess your availability to complete the tasks on time.

Technology Stack:

• Frontend: Vue.js, Nuxt.js;
• Backend: Laravel (latest version), PHP 8.3;
• Admin Panel: Laravel Backpack;
• Storage: S3 for all uploads (files/images);
• Enviroment: Docker (fully configured; just run make up and follow the readme);
• Database/Queues: MySQL, Redis, Horizon.

Minimum Functionality:

• Registration and Authentication: Email, Google, Facebook.
• User Dashboard: Personal information, Favorites, User messaging.
• Ad Management: Create/Edit ads (paid features will be added later).
• User Messaging System: Direct messaging between users.
• Categories and Filters: Fully managed from the admin panel.
• Geolocation: Ads linked to cities/regions, managed via the admin panel. Uses Google Maps API or similar.
• Automated Moderation: Ads are checked for spam or inappropriate content (text and images) using ChatGPT API.
• Public User Profiles: Accessible to other users.

Additional Functionality:

• Donation system;
• Paid features;
• Blog;
• "Magic Ad Creation" with ChatGPT API: Users enter a few keywords, and the system generates an ad.
• Secure transactions.

• Task evaluation and breakdown into phases.
• Flexible approach to execution (based on agreements).

Quality Requirements:

Partially completed work or solutions with errors have no real value, as we pay not only for hours worked but also for your expertise, deep involvement in the project, and high-quality execution. The work must be fully completed and free of critical errors that require rework or fixes.
