MagicFuse (The daughter company of TechMagic focused on Salesforce development) is looking for a Middle Business Analyst with 2+ years of experience to join our Salesforce Delivery.

Product

Our customer is one of the world’s most successful hotel companies. Hotel has 118 properties in 47 countries. For the second consecutive year, the hotel was named the Best Luxury Hotel Chain in the world by Business Traveller magazine.

Must have

• At least 2 years of experience in Business Analysis
• Good understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
• Experience in direct communication with clients
• Experience in writing user stories and use cases
• Experience in preparing mockups
• Experience working with Jira and Confluence
• Solid self-organization skills
• Technical skills: understanding of API, basic knowledge of SQL queries
• English level at least Upper-Intermediate

Will be a plus

• Experience with Salesforce-based projects
• QA background
• Experience in Marketing Tech (campaigns, segmentation)

Responsibilities

• Requirements elicitation and analysis
• Requirements decomposition
• Requirements for documentation and management
• Regular clarification of requirements with the clients and dev team
• Support in the UAT process
• Knowledge base documentation and maintenance
