How exactly you can influence the development of the Company:

• searching for patterns and explaining events with the help of data
• developing reports and dashboards for business users
• processing of ad-hoc requests
• testing hypotheses within the department and from business users
• drawing conclusions on product performance and optimisation
• setting up alerts for threshold indicators
• monitoring and operational work with reports

Challenges for three months:

• adaptation in the team and collective
• familiarisation with all available data sources
• familiarisation with the process of solving typical tasks
• development of reports and dashboards from the planned pool
• performing specific tasks according to the plan
• proper quality of task performance

To achieve the results, you will need:

• 2+ years of experience in developing and monitoring analytical dashboards and reports
• experience in performing analytical tasks on a turnkey basis
• knowledge of key conversions and product metrics (retention, acquisition, LTV, etc.)
• experience in optimisation and automation of similar operations
• formulation of terms of reference for the creation of new types of data required to perform tasks
• high level of SQL proficiency for data queries (window functions, data grouping)
• advanced knowledge of one of the BI tools (Tableau/Looker/QlikView/PowerBI)
