We are looking for a proactive Middle (or stronger) Front-End (React.js) Developer for working for work on a platform that provides integrated mental health support through monitoring, patient engagement, and data analysis to improve clinical outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and improve project conventions (architecture, code style, best practices);
• Suggest improvements for project processes and methodologies;
• Estimate tasks and ensure alignment with own estimates;
• Create and update project documentation;
• Set up and maintain project environments;
• Communicate technical requirements with clients;
• Participate in technical interviews with clients and candidates;
• Guide and support team members, provide tech feedback;
• Deliver assigned tasks: analyze requirements, investigate solutions, write/review/test code, present results;
• Collaborate with project managers, QA engineers, designers, analysts, and other teams;
• Follow company processes (time logging, internal policies, etc.);
• Research new technologies and continuously update skills;
• Provide feedback to colleagues and managers.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in Frontend development;
• Experience with JavaScript (Typescript will be a plus);
• Experience with React.js;
• Experience with Agile methodologies;
• English: Upper-Intermediate or above;
• Effective interpersonal communication;
• A self-learning mindset to stay updated with trends;
• Strong analytical thinking and decision-making abilities.
