We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Business Analyst to join our team and contribute to a cutting-edge project aimed at revolutionizing compliance in the pharmaceutical industry. The project leverages AI and machine learning to automate and streamline the compliance verification of marketing and advertising materials for major pharmaceutical companies. The solution ensures these materials align with regulatory standards, avoid discriminatory language, and uphold ethical norms.
As a Business Analyst, you will serve as the key link between business stakeholders and the technical team. Your primary responsibility will be to gather, analyze, and document requirements while ensuring that the final product aligns with business objectives. You will also play a critical role in identifying opportunities to enhance user experience and optimize processes, helping pharmaceutical companies achieve compliance efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit and define business requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment with project objectives.
• Analyze and document workflows, processes, and user stories to support AI-driven compliance verification systems.
• Work closely with the development team to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Facilitate requirements workshops, stakeholder meetings, and regular progress updates.
• Identify and communicate potential project risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure user-friendly interfaces and optimal customer experience.
• Support QA efforts by defining acceptance criteria and validating system functionality against requirements.
• Continuously analyze project performance and suggest improvements to meet compliance and usability goals.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 4 years as a Business Analyst in the software development domain.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with pharmaceutical, healthcare, or regulatory industries is a strong plus.
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze business processes and requirements and translate them into actionable insights.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Tools: Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or similar for managing requirements and workflows.
• Documentation: Proven experience in creating user stories, business process diagrams, and functional specifications.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to identify bottlenecks and recommend innovative solutions.
