We are seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer to join our team and help drive the development of personalized web and visual design experiences. In this role, you will be responsible for executing the technical direction of our platform, working closely with other engineers, and contributing to cross-functional initiatives that maximize the impact for our core product. You’ll also leverage AI tools to enhance efficiency, ensuring we remain at the forefront of technology and innovation in the influencer marketing space.

Customer Overview:

USA influencer marketing platform for organizations looking to advance their creator marketing. Its enterprise-grade technology and industry-leading intelligence facilitate scaled creator discovery, streamlined workflows, and robust reporting, while ensuring compliance and brand safety.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain performant, accessible, and user-friendly interfaces.
• Work with technologies such as React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Work with React component libraries such as Material UI, Joy UI, Chakra UI, and Tailwind UI.
• Produce maintainable, tested, performant, and scalable code.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to create solutions that meet user needs.
• Be involved in various engineering tasks, including creating technical documentation and developing proof-of-concepts.
• Support and mentor junior engineers, contributing to a positive team culture.

Skills/Requirements:

• Have at least 5+ years of experience as a Frontend/UI engineer with a strong track record of delivering high-quality code.
• Proficient in advanced React (custom hooks, Context API, state management, component lifecycles, and client-side routing) and CSS patterns (CSS preprocessors like SASS or LESS, CSS Grid, and Flexbox layouts).
• Possess a deep understanding of JavaScript and/or TypeScript.
• Have experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Mocha, Playwright, Cypress).
• Prioritize web accessibility in your work.
• Are comfortable with ambiguity and can effectively scope and solve complex problems.
• Have experience working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
• Value testing and documentation as much as code quality.
• Are comfortable working in an agile, safe-to-fail environment.
• Have experience using AI tools to improve development efficiency.
• Are fluent in English with strong, proactive communication skills to collaborate effectively and communicate asynchronously with teams across different time zones.
• Proficient in leveraging AI tools like GitHub Copilot or Claude AI to enhance coding efficiency.
