Опис вакансії

As we ascend to even greater summits and continue to shape an innovative future, we are currently in search of an exceptionally skilled System Analyst to join our team.

About the Project: Bank mobile app.

Your future responsibilities:

Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and refine requirements.
Develop and document business processes, creating clear and detailed visual representations like flowcharts and diagrams.
Create detailed specifications for software development, ensuring all requirements are clear and comprehensive.
Assign tasks to developers and oversee software changes, making sure they align with business processes.
Prepare documentation to support the testing and deployment of new and updated banking products.
Provide recommendations on testing strategies for the final product.
Participate in every stage of the software development lifecycle, from concept to delivery.

Your professional qualities:

At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
Experience working in a bank or IT company.
Strong background in business analysis and requirements management, with hands-on experience.
Proficiency with modern business analysis tools like Camunda BPM, Visio, Business Studio, Miro, Axure, Sigma, Balsamiq, etc.
Solid knowledge of process modeling notations such as BPMN, UML, and IDEF.
Understanding of relational databases like Oracle and PostgreSQL.
Familiarity with client-server and microservices architectures.
Basic knowledge of SOAP and REST protocols, XML and JSON formats, Java, and SQL.
Experience in projects involving web and mobile application development.
Ability to clearly describe requirements for both front-end and back-end development.
