In this role, you will:

  • Calls with potential customers.
  • Selling the audit.

  • Execution of contracts.
  • Formation of invoices, control of payments.
  • Lead management in CRM.
  • Reporting to the manager, per month and per quarter.

Skills you'll need to bring:

  • Experience in selling services for Amazon sellers from 2 years.

As a Plus:

  • You can clearly identify what the client needs and what they don't need;
  • You know how to handle objections;
  • You know how to sell on large checks;
  • You speak fluent English;
  • You know Amazon;
  • You know how to focus the audit on what hurts the client;
  • You know how to write down from which channel how many leads you need;
  • You know how to prioritize time depending on the client's check;
  • You have personal time management;

  • Processing of lead generation channels (upwork, recommendations, webinars, conferences, Tg, FB).
  • Making appointments with leads.
  • Preparation of events (webinars, conferences, podcasts).
  • Maintaining CRM.
  • Setting and implementing a lead generation plan.
  • Receiving feedback from the Sales department on the quality of leads.
  • Transfer of the lead to the Sales department.
  • Checking chats, emails for responses from leads.
  • Making appointments for calls.
  • Summarizing the KPIs for the month.
  • Reporting calls on the Sales department.
  • Preparation of cases and materials for lead generation.

Skills you'll need to bring:

  • B2+ spoken English;
  • 1 year of experience.

As a Plus:

  • Experience with Upwork, Sales Navigator, outreach automation tools (Snov.io, Lemlist, etc.);
  • Basic copywriting skills;
  • Disciplined, self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision;
  • Stress tolerance;
  • Ability to multitask;
  • Solution escalation: you come not with questions, but with solutions;
  • You like to communicate with people;
  • You bring tasks to the end;
  • You have personal time management;
  • You speak English at B2-C1 level;

  • Translating PPC teams actions and advertising results into clear conclusions for the client.
  • Control of audits and strategies for products on Amazon, presentation to clients.
  • Briefing of clients.
  • Analytics of product situations, both strategically and tactically by metrics.
  • Control and presentation of monthly and bi-weekly reports to clients.
  • Communication in the PPC department to understand the overall picture of the client.
  • Setting tasks for the PPC team to keep abreast of the entire situation with the products and give quality answers to customers.
  • Proactive communication with the client, protecting the client’s interests within the company, retaining and expanding clients, solving problematic issues.
  • Quality control of work with clients and improvement of communication and reporting standards.
  • Approval of bonuses for the PPC team.

Skills you'll need to bring:

  • Doing all business on Amazon 1.5+ years;
  • In Amazon PPC 1+ year;
  • B2+ spoken English;
  • Google Sheets/Google Docs;
  • SellerBoard.
