In this position you will:

• Clarify business goals and clients needs.
• Extract, document and validate business requirements.
• Support the development team in implementations and support the client when using the implemented solution.

• Have experience in independent business analysis and documenting requirements (use cases and scenarios, user stories, acceptance criteria).
• Can translate business requirements into functional requirements.
• Have analytical skills and problem-solving skills.
• Are inquisitive and observant, precise and conscientious.
• Like to learn and explore new areas, you are willing to share knowledge.
• Are characterized by independence and good organization of work.
• are a team player.
• Communication is your strong point.
• Know Confluence, Jira, UML, BPMN.
• Know English (min. b2) at the level of free use of documentation and communication with the team or clients.
