We are expanding our Pre-Sale & Tenders department, which is dedicated to conducting extensive business analysis, product consulting, and engaging workshops. We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our strong and dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and gather detailed product and business requirements.
• Documentation: Create comprehensive epics, user stories, and detailed descriptions of functionality to guide the development team.
• Workshops: Participate in and sometimes facilitate workshops with clients and internal teams to refine requirements and ensure alignment on project goals.
• Tender Documentation: Process tender documentation requirements accurately and ensure all necessary information is compiled and submitted on time.
• Tender Proposals: Prepare detailed and compelling tender proposals that highlight our company’s strengths, capabilities, and understanding of client needs.

Qualifications:

• Mandatory: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field;
• Understanding of Product Development (Auth, User Flows, web/mobile specifics, etc.);
• Proficiency in creating detailed documentation, including epics and user stories;
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
