Key Responsibilities:

• You will work closely with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
• You will create detailed project documentation, including business cases, process flows, and functional requirements.
• You will facilitate meetings to ensure stakeholder alignment and gather feedback.
• You will support the development and implementation of solutions while collaborating closely with development teams.
• You will monitor project progress and performance against defined metrics and KPIs.
• You will conduct post-implementation reviews to identify areas for improvement and inform future projects.
• You will assist in training end-users on new systems and processes, ensuring a smooth transition.

Desired Experience:

• You’ve spent at least three years as a Business Analyst, preferably in e-commerce, social media, or SaaS.
• You are comfortable working with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• You have experience with data analysis, utilizing tools such as Excel, SQL, or BI software to derive insights.

Key Skills:

• You can analyze complex data sets and extract meaningful trends to support business decisions.
• You possess strong communication skills, enabling you to convey ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• You have excellent problem-solving abilities, allowing you to identify issues and propose effective solutions.
• You are proficient in using project management and collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• You have the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• You are fluent in English, both written and spoken, allowing you to communicate effectively with global teams.
