We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our Center of Excellence team. Your role will be participating in pre-sales activities and discovery phases, initiating new projects, and helping with the existing ones in an outsourcing company.

Requirements:

• 2+ years in Business Analysis in software development project;
• Solid knowledge of Business Analysis approach and techniques;
• Experience in Pre-sales and Discovery Phases;
• Experience in coordination;
• Ability to structure the requirements in a way clear to all stakeholders;
• Experience in working on two projects in parallel;
• Requirements for documentation and management experience;
• Technical skills: understanding of API, DB, client-server architecture, basics of AI tools;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Upper-Intermediate or higher level of spoken and written English (B2+).

Will be a plus:

• QA or PM experience.

Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze the business, user, and solution requirements.
• Conduct benchmarking (competitive analysis, market research).
• Conduct user research (user personas, user journey, user testing) together with UX designer.
• Lead the discovery phase (workshops, interviews, research).
• Create a process and use case diagrams.
• Create low-fidelity prototypes to validate the idea.
• Develop and organize product backlog.
• Set up a knowledge base and organize knowledge sharing with the team.
• Play the role of a proxy product owner/project coordinator role when necessary.
• Share vision and priorities with the team and participate in developing the BA community.
