Responsibilities

• Work with customers to define a comprehensive understanding of their business needs, requirements for their software, and strategic plan to achieve those goals.
• Oversee project delivery, providing product expertise where required, to ensure seamless delivery.
• Collaborate with PM to define project timeline, sequencing, and resourcing needs.
• Work with client and PM throughout project to manage scope.
• Escalate project successes, concerns, or issues to Senior Stakeholders both internal and external.
• Review Design Documents/BRDs to understand/ensure solid design of overall solution. Suggest amendments to agreed scope/project plan if deviations have been identified.
• Collaborate with lead engineer to resolve any technical challenges and achieve client objectives.
• Assist with triaging questions or requests from customers that team members are unable to manage alone.

Requirements

• Familiarity with the investment lifecycle process for a loan from the inception of the process, analysis, approval, trading (on either the primary or secondary market) and the post close monitoring process.
• Relevant experience, preferably in client focused delivery in the alternative investment markets.
• Requires strong technical knowledge of integrations and SQL.
• Agile development experience.
• Expert knowledge of industry concepts and how they apply to Allvue solutions.
• Expert Understanding of the software development lifecycle and its related processes through to the Release Phase.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver functionality through whole software development Lifecycle
• Demonstrated ability to gather requirements and collaborate with engineering teams to design solutions.
• Expert knowledge of system functionality to perform User story gathering for requirements analysis.
• Strong knowledge of Roadmap and Backlog Management.
