They help brands stand out online by delivering visually appealing, user-friendly interfaces and manage the full process – from brand identity and UX/UI design to website and application development, as well as digital promotion.
Their mission is to enhance client visibility and drive growth through well-crafted solutions that blend creativity, technology, and effective strategies.

Qualifications and skills

• 3+ years of experience as a UI Designer (agency or product environment).
• Strong portfolio highlighting visually polished web and mobile UI projects.
• Advanced skills in Figma; familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects) is a plus.
• Excellent command of visual design principles – typography, color, layout, iconography, grids, and design systems.
• Experience creating responsive, accessible, and pixel-perfect interfaces.
• Understanding of front-end basics (HTML, CSS, JS) to collaborate with developers – nice to have.
• Strong communication skills and ability to clearly present design decisions.
• Detail-oriented, self-driven, able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher.

Nice to have:

• Experience with UX research methods (user interviews, usability testing, A/B testing).
• Familiarity with motion and interaction design tools.
• Understanding of UX principles and user-centered design practices.
• Exposure to brand identity design and building design systems from scratch

Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver high-quality UI for web and mobile platforms – from wireframes to polished, pixel-perfect interfaces.
• Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable components to ensure consistency and scalability.
• Create responsive layouts that adapt seamlessly across devices and screen sizes.
• Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines, while keeping usability and accessibility (WCAG) standards in mind.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to translate requirements into effective visual solutions.
• Present design concepts to stakeholders and clients, and refine work based on feedback.
• Stay up to date with UI design trends, tools, and best practices.
• (Nice to have) Contribute to UX activities such as user flows, competitor research, usability testing, and A/B experiments.
