Your Role & Responsibilities:

• Design Excellence: Demonstrate expert-level knowledge in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator and no-code tools.
• Two years in the field of design are needed.
• Visual Artistry: Adept in typography, composition, color, and grid design.
• Eager to create wow-sites that balance business goals and user-friendliness.
• Project Management: Confidently handle two main projects and provide support on a third one.
• Engage in client interactions and present solutions in collaboration with the Project Manager.
• Design to Development Specialist: Create complex layouts for development and offer sustained, in-depth support throughout a project’s development cycle.
• Independent Creativity with Guidance: While you’ll primarily work as an independent designer on a project, you’ll have the support and guidance of an Art Director, fostering an environment of creativity and professional growth.

Skills:

• Creative Flexibility: You should be capable of handling simple tasks in illustration, animation, 3D, or no-code development.
• Openness to acquire new skills, especially in areas like Webflow/Framer, is needed.
• Presentation Pro: Ability to present your work effectively to clients, justifying your creative decisions with clarity and confidence. The Project Manager will support you with it if needed.
• Hard Skill Expertise: Show us your edge in a specialized area like motion, 3D, or illustrations. Hard skills in any of the creative areas would be a huge plus.
• Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal abilities complement your technical prowess.
• Language Proficiency: Comfortable with English (B1 level).
• Time Management: Exceptional planning and execution skills for project timelines.
