You will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience for our oncology applications, contributing to the mission of delivering top-notch software solutions for oncologists.

Responsibilities:

• Project Focus: Drive UX design efforts for our systems, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience across desktop, mobile, and tablet variants.
• Soft Skills Emphasis: Demonstrate enthusiasm, collaboration, and the ability to share and articulate ideas effectively. Independent work is valued, and your previous experience will be crucial in shaping the project.
• Research and Analysis: Engage in user research, moderate studies, and analyze findings to inform and validate design decisions. Utilize platforms like EnjoyHQ for user analytics and research. Lead the development and execution of the user research strategy across all products.
• Design Integration: Apply fundamental user experience principles to ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience across platforms. Create wire flows, low-fidelity prototypes, storyboards, and other research artifacts to drive impactful design solutions.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Management and Development, to deliver on key initiatives. Inspire and bring people on board with your design rationale and thinking.
• Additional Skills Integration: Leverage your experience within the medical ecosystem to improve healthcare, particularly for cancer patients. Utilize visual design capabilities and proficiency in creating artifacts to enhance the user experience.

Requirements:

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in UX design, with a focus on product research experience in an end-to-end, usability, or generative setting. Experience in the medical ecosystem is highly valued.
• Education: A Master's or PhD degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, Statistics, Psychology, Anthropology, or related field is preferred. Alternatively, possess a Bachelor's degree in a related field with equivalent practical experience.
• Language Proficiency: Maintain an Advanced English level proficiency to effectively communicate research findings and design solutions.

Critical Skills:

• Ability to explore the design of complex systems.
• Understanding of design systems, data platforms, and multi-device UI.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to inspire and engage team members.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Accountability for delivering business outcomes.
