Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product management and development teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
• Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
• Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex design roadblocks.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive-level stakeholders.
• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to iterate on design solutions.
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating your skills.
• Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and other visual design tools.
• Proficiency in Figma.
• Strong knowledge of web design principles, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Excellent visual design skills with a strong understanding of user-system interaction.
• Experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps.
• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Bonus Qualifications:

• Understanding of Human Centered Design principles.
• Understanding of Agile Scrum development process.
• Experience with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping purposes.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment.
