About your key responsibilities and impact:

• Executing all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering;
• Conceptualizing original website design ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex roadblocks;
• Establishing design guidelines, standards, and best practices. Designing visual imagery for websites and ensuring that they are in line with branding;
• Creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and sitemaps to communicate interaction and design ideas;
• Working with different content management systems;
• Incorporating functionalities and features into websites;
• Testing and improving the design of the website;
• Preparing design plans, presenting the website structure and key deliverables to stakeholders;
• Establishing and promoting design guidelines, best practices, and standards.

Essential professional experience:

• 3+ years of proven work experience as a Web Designer;
• Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio;
• Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps;
• Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other visual design and wire-framing tools;
• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction;
• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively;
• Up-to-date with the latest Web trends, techniques, and technologies;
• Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with a team;
• Presentation skills;
• Upper intermediate English.

Desirable skills and personal features:

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS and JavaScript for rapid prototyping is a plus;
• BSc/ MSc degree in Design, Visual Arts or relevant field;
• Experience in iGaming and/or B2B is a plus.
