Technologies and required skills:

You have an in-depth grasp of the the majority of the following technologies:

• React (Native): React components state and lifecycle, Context API, Hooks‍;
• Typescript: ES5.2.2 + ES6‍;
• REST: you can interpret and interface with (REST) APIs‍;
• State management: hands-on experience with React Query and understanding of Redux, Zustand, or others‍;
• Design systems: familiar with React based UI (AntUI, MUI, Atlassian UI, etc.)‍;
• Styling: experience with SASS/SCSS, familiar with CSS-in-JS (styled-components or other CSS-in-JS approaches)‍;
• Testing: experience with Cypress or similar frameworks and related CI‍;
• Module bundlers: experience with Vite, Webpack, Rollup or similar alternatives‍.

Additional:

• Language skills: solid reading and speaking skills in English;
• Async programming: promises API, async/await, await hell, top-level await limitations;
• JS browser API: localstorage, familiar with Event Loop, macrotask and microtasks;
• Accessibility: awareness of WCAG, screen readers cases, keyboard navigation, static/interactive elements;
• Browsers: cross-browser compatibility and client-side performance considerations.

As a plus:

• Virtualisation: hands-on experience with Docker and similar services;

We’re looking for a Front-end Engineer (Webflow) to join our team and take part in the ongoing development of our company website (mev.com). This site serves as the digital face of our brand, primarily targeting potential customers in the US market.

Responsibilities:

• Developing and maintaining the site using Webflow: creating responsive, cross-browser layouts and working with its CMS features.
• Working with non-formalized requirements: clarifying needs with the PO, discussing options, and receiving feedback.
• Decomposing tasks into User Stories and estimating effort based on business concepts.
• Implementing additional extensions or integrations through Webflow or custom code when necessary.
• Adding custom scripts or hooks for advanced interactivity or features.
• Creating and optimizing animations and interactive elements.
• Improving the site’s speed, stability, and security.
• Releasing updates and changes to the production environment.
• Maintaining the site during active development (fixing bugs and addressing issues).

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in developing websites using Webflow;
• Solid understanding of HTML5 and CSS3, including adaptive and cross-browser layout skills;

• Strong understanding of responsive design principles and best practices;

As the Lead Developer for our real estate agency platform, you will be responsible for leading the development team in designing, building, and maintaining a robust, scalable, and user-friendly web application. You will leverage your expertise in TypeScript, Next.js, Zustand, and Supabase.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Software Architect, UI/UX designers, Project Manager, Middle Back-end Developer and a Middle Front-end Developer as a subordinate, and stakeholders from the client side.

The Real Estate-focused AI Product with an intention to replace Real Estate Agents. The app streamlines the processes of buying properties: helping with legal docs creation, Home Inspection analysis, and much more in the future.

Key Responsibilities:

• Front-end Team Leadership: gather requirements and ensure that the application meets business goals. You will guide technical decisions, establish best practices, and conduct a code review for other Front-end developers.
