Skills required:
You like working in a team, you have a sense of service, you are enthusiastic and rigorous, and have the following knowledge and expertise:
- Significant experience in development: Python, C/C++, javascript;
- Implementation of processes related to Continuous Improvement and Software Quality;
- Administration of R&D tools, in connection with continuous integration;
- Technical English;
- Education in computer science, with good knowledge in the development of tools and tests, in a context of Continuous.
The following knowledge/experience will be a plus:
- Contribution to a test automation framework in Python (Pytest, Robot Framework,…);
- Experience in Software Testing;
- Docker/Kubernetes;
- Software administration (admin gitlab, atlassian, nexus, …);
- Experience in the field of digital television.

We are looking for a QA technical excellence driver and promoter who will participate in QMS and build the community around his tech competency.

Your impact:
- Be responsible for the technical audit of projects.
- Together with the tech community develop the standards and introduce their team-wide.
- Participate in QMS.
- Provide a detailed estimate for the new project based on the requirements provided.
- Provide feedback during and after the trial period and investigates the documentation, technologies, solutions, and requests when they first come apart from active accounts.
- Monitor the TPP (Trial Period Plan) progress.
- Make sure the technologies are used as defined at the company level.
- Manage 6 QA Engineers. Onboard the newcomer to the correspondent tech community by newcomer’s or TM request (discuss how everything works within the community).
- Provide feedback, suggest technologies and tools are used.
- Provide technical knowledge-sharing sessions. Develops technical materials knowledge base provided by mentors inside the team.
- Take part in calls with the client.
- Participate in the pre-sale process on AM request.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has at least 4 years of software testing experience;
- Has at least 2 years of experience as a QA Lead;
- Has successful experience in driving process and tech improvements;
- Has experience in working with remote and distributed teams;
- Has strong management skills including leading successful teams, maintaining schedules, dealing with resource constraints, personnel development;
- Has experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test documentation (Strategy, Plan, Roadmap);
- Has experience in API testing;
- Has experience in working with load-testing tools;
- Can communicate in English at a Strong Intermediate level and higher.

Your impact:
- Analysis of tools and approaches for automation testing.
- Develop and maintain automated tests for UI and API.
- Work on tests execution and optimization.
- Determine the priority for test scenarios and create execution plans to implement these scenarios.
- Analysis of results from regression test runs.
- Maximize test coverage for the most critical features of the system.
- Write documentation for automated processes including test plans, test procedures, and test cases.
- Log and document bugs in the tracking system.
- Follow and improve automated software test procedures.
- Take part in code review activities.
- Identify quality issues and create test reports.
- Collaborating with the design team to solve application faults.
We are looking for someone who:
- At least 3 years of experience in Automation testing;
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes;
- Strong knowledge of SDLC;
- Good experience with GitlabCI or any other CI/CD tool;
- Good knowledge of Python (OOP understanding, functional/non-functional programming, etc.);
- Experience with UI and API automation testing;
- Good knowledge of REST API;
- Good understanding of Automation testing role in the project;
- English Intermediate.
Nice to have:
- Docker;
- Robot Framework;
- Jmeter/Locust/K6 or similar performance testing tools.

We are looking for a candidate for the QA Director position who has a high level of technical knowledge and is ready to help improve the quality of our games. Your task will be to manage the testing team and develop leaders, as well as to implement new testing processes on our projects and improve existing ones. You will have the opportunity to influence the product and take an active part in the testing department's growth.
This role requires relocation from Russia and Belarus to one of our offices or remote work from other countries (except Russia and Belarus).

Requirements
- Experience as a QA Director or QA Manager;

- Knowledge of various testing methods and development methodologies;
- Experience with testing and development tools, as well as knowledge of the principles of operation of various applications (mobile, desktop, services, etc.);
- Good knowledge of IT architecture and development, as well as experience with analytical systems;
- Good communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work as part of a team;
- Critical thinking and the ability to set priorities and responsibilities for results, both personal and for the team as a whole;
- Negotiation skills and flexibility.
