We are looking for a dedicated IT Sales Representative for cloud technologies, hardware, and technical support to join our team in Kyiv. Key responsibilities will include developing Span Cloud business (including, but not limited to, Microsoft CSP and related cloud services) in the Ukrainian market, working remotely with Span's sales and technical personnel based in Croatia and Ukraine, as well as local clients.

Key responsibilities:

• Promoting Span's services while maintaining regular communication with clients.
• Generating sales in segments such as:
  • Cloud subscriptions (mostly through direct/indirect Microsoft CSP channels, as well as AWS and Google Cloud).
  • Services related to cloud subscriptions.
  • Software and hardware.
  • Technical support.
• Collaborating closely with other Span teams, as necessary (sales, software solutions, consulting services, and management teams in Croatia and Ukraine) to maximize sales volume and efficiency and create a better customer experience.
• Providing quality customer service, pricing proposals, and basic technical knowledge for designated sales.
• Attending client meetings to assist in preparing proposals based on stakeholders' needs and clients' requirements.
• Participating in networking events and conferences, obtaining Microsoft and, if necessary, other providers' certifications to develop expertise in channels, products, and technologies.
• Executing all actions and measures aimed at achieving the agreed business plan.
• Regularly reporting to regional management.

Requirements and qualifications:

• Bachelor's/master's degree.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT/technical presales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build relationships and networks.
• Intermediate level of English proficiency, both spoken and written.

• Improve the architecture and Kubernetes cluster, CI/CD, GitOps.
• Improve the current stage environment, Dockerfiles and Helm charts.

We are looking for a Java Tech Lead who can strengthen our expertise, propose architecture decisions, be a Leader for 2-6 Java Developers, manage 2-3 projects at the same time, and take part in pre-sales activities.

Your impact:

• Lead 2-3 projects simultaneously, and make proposals about architecture decisions. It can be new or existing projects – for your choice. For example: if current projects – there are three E-government services in one system with different business requirements but with one tech stack and approach.
• Lead 2-6 Java Developers. Team seniority is Middle and higher.
• Take part in pre-sales activities: collect requirements, prepare proposals for the client, and others.
• Conduct code review, prepare needed documentation, and do other usual routines.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has at least 5 years of experience in Java coding;
• Has at least 1 year of experience as Project/Team Lead or mentor;
• Has 3+ years of experience with Spring Boot;
• Has experience with relational databases. MS SQL is preferable;
• Has experience participating in/leading a couple of projects at the same time;
• Is ready for research and pre-sales activities;
