Тобі знадобляться в роботі:

Обов'язки:
- Налаштування роботи WMS для складу (ів);
- Тестування патчів/нових процесів;
- Забезпечення безперебійної та стабільної роботу системи управління складом G.O.L.D;
- Участь у проектах оптимізації та автоматизації процесів Компанії, якщо вони перетинаються з WMS;
- Оперативна підтримка та вирішення складнощів користувачів;
- Навчання нового персоналу роботі в системі, написання та постійна актуалізація інструкцій для працівників складу.
Вимоги:
- Розуміння бізнес-процесів в логістиці та вміння їх аналізувати;

We're looking for an Embedded Engineer to join the Snap Lab team!
What you’ll do:
- Lead or participate in the design, architecture and implementation of the embedded operating system in both prototype and shipping consumer products
- Integrate and implement software or system development components at all layers of the system, e.g. kernel, synchronization primitives, resource allocators, memory management, security, I/O systems, persistence, Camera, Audio etc
- Participate in design reviews, code review with peers and stakeholders to create reliable solutions
- Triage product or system issues and debug/track/resolve by analyzing the sources of issues.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Familiarity with computer system architecture and application processor (SoC), fundamentals (caches, buses, memory controllers, DMA, etc.)
- Software Development process skills including: source control, bug tracking, and design documentation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to read schematics and component data sheets
- Strong analytical and software debugging skills.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant technical field such as computer science or electrical engineering or equivalent years of experience
- 3+ years of experience with embedded software development
- Proficiency programming in C or C++
- Experience in one or more of the following areas: BSP/Board Support Package, Operating Systems, AOSP/Yocto/Linux Embedded OS.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of build/make systems (make, cmake, meson, etc.)

We're looking for a Software Engineer with experience in performance oriented graphics programming to join the Snap Lab team!
What you’ll do:
- Lead or participate in the design, architecture and implementation of graphics/display system software in both prototype and shipping consumer products
- Design, implement and instrument software components at the systems level of the visual software stack on Spectacles. This includes efficient use of modern graphics APIs (i.e. Vulkan) for programming GPU workloads, but also system level aspects such as driver architecture for both graphics and display on an embedded Linux system.
- Participate in design reviews, code review with peers and stakeholders to create reliable solutions
- Triage product or system issues and debug/track/resolve by analyzing the sources of issues.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Experience with GPU programming, debugging and optimizing real time graphics applications (e.g. Vulkan)
- Familiarity with computer system architecture, microprocessor, and microcontroller fundamentals (caches, buses, memory controllers, DMA, etc.)
- Software Development process skills including: source control, bug tracking, and design documentation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and software debugging skills.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant technical field such as computer science or electrical engineering or equivalent years of experience

Position Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer you are primarily responsible for overseeing the installation and maintenance of software applications in order to streamline business operations. - Work in client’s and/or Netcracker’s ticketing systems and manage issues’ lifecycle;

- Ensure compliance of support operations and process with security laws and restrictions;
- Interact with teams involved into support process of complex multi-module Netcracker systems (CRM, Inventory, Service Provisioning, Integrations, Billing, etc.);
- Follow incident and problem management processes (ITIL);
- Work as part of the telecom service providers’ transformation program, providing wide range of services, such as Application Delivery (UAT participation), Application Management, Hosted or Remote Managed Services.
Experience & Requirements:
- Higher technical education;
- 1+ years of experience in support of Software Applications or Products;
- Organizational and coordination skills;
- Responsibility and focusing on results, meet challenging deadlines;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Knowledge of SQL for querying Databases;
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, quick learner.
Strong advantage:
- Knowledge in OSS/BSS solutions and Telco;
- Enterprise software and/or telecommunications background
- Ability to read Java code, Unix basic knowledge.
