• Аналіз кампаній, визначення потреб клієнтів, робота з запереченнями тощо.
• Виявляти та кваліфікувати потенційних клієнтів на біржах типу freelancer.com.
• Ведення клієнтів від етапу знайомства до передачі клоузеру.
• Написання персоналізованих листів та шаблонів.
• Робота з ведення Pipedrive.

Вимоги:

• Релевантний sales досвід від 1 року в аутсорсингових/аутстафінгових ІТ-компаніях;
• Розуміння базового процесу розробки програмного забезпечення;
• Досвід роботи з LinkedIn та email кампаніями;
• Розуміння та досвід в сучасних процесах В2В продажу;

Ми шукаємо Technical Writer у нашу команду однодумців.

Обов’язки:

• Створення інформативного та технічно точного загального матеріалу (який потім буде вдосконалюватися та завершуватися копірайтерами) для маркетингової документації та матеріалів: блогові статті, дописи в соціальних мережах, інформативні та фахово написані статті для міжнародних незалежних платформ, презентації, документи брендування, посібники, наукові статті, вивчення випадків, довідкові керівництва продукту та користувача тощо.
• Перевірка (з технічної точки зору) завершеного вмісту, щоб він точно відображав необхідну експертизу в обраній тематичній галузі.
• Написання лаконічного, чіткого та пов’язаного з продуктом/послугою вмісту, ідентифікація можливих вдосконалень та пропозиції способів його поліпшення.
• Консультування копірайтерів щодо технічних питань, пов’язаних із створенням експертного вмісту.
• Коригування технічних завдань, додавання рекомендованої структури та основних технічних аспектів, які потрібно підкреслити.
• Співпраця з експертами компанії на повну та часткову зайнятість для збору інформації, необхідної для подальшого розроблення вмісту.
• Допомога в завершенні профілів користувачів та керівництво з вмісту.
• Дослідження невідомих тем, їх аналіз та визначення надійних джерел для посилань.

Вимоги:

Експертиза та чітке розуміння основних технічних концепцій у таких областях:
