- Support (75% of the time):

- Research and development (25% of the time):

Candidates need to meet the following qualifications:

A Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Engineer is a professional responsible for ensuring that software products meet specified standards of quality. Their primary role is to identify and resolve issues related to software functionality, reliability, performance, and security.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manual and Automation testing.
- Quality assurance for requirements and deliverables.
- Collaboration with team and document the QU/QC process.
Other Responsibilities:
- Requirement Analysis: Reviewing and analyzing system specifications to understand the scope of software requirements.
- Test Planning: Developing detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure comprehensive coverage of software functionalities.
- Testing: Executing various types of tests (e.g., functional, regression, performance, security) to identify bugs and issues.

Job Specification:

- Proven 5+ experience as a Software QA Engineer or similar role, preferably in a B2B tech startup environment.
- Proficiency in manual and automated testing methodologies and tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities in a remote work environment.
