In this function you will be responsible for the following:

- As a key member of the development team, you will work on dedicated projects in direct dialogue with our partners to solve a variety of development issues, most of them related to new feature development.
- Most of our projects is on the latest version of BC, in some cases complete re-engineering larger NAV solutions to BC, PowerApps and Azure Functions. As part of developing in Universal Code, we expect that you have / want to have knowledge about developing for performance and telemetry.
- As a team we tend to work on larger and/or technically challenging installations that may require travel to on-site location in Europe. We also expect team members to support each other on their individual learning curve and we expect senior developers to be active in ensuring that we build new knowledge.
Personality & Experience:
- 5-7+ years of Microsoft Dynamics NAV/BC development experience. Additional 3+ years of noteworthy experience developing other ERP systems would be a plus;
- Good knowledge of the functionality/modules in NAV;
- Database (SQL) knowledge;
- Desire to work with the latest versions and SaaS solutions Microsoft offer;
- Good English spoken skills and excellent communication skills;
- Ability and desire to work in low hierarchy and high freedom/responsibility environment;
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field;
- .NET/C# hands-on experience would be a plus;
- Readiness to mentor Junior Developers as a way to grow and to help others grow would be most welcome.

At Global Mediator we focus on solid software engineering for larger solutions for international Dynamics partners and customers.Recently our workload has increased, and we are in the process of implementing new working procedures related to SaaS environment. This means a stronger focus on performing more AL development in VS Code with local development environment based on Docker. Moving forward they will use Jira for task management, Bit Bucket for source control and Azure pipelines for automated test and release management.
This is a long-term assignment using the latest best practices related to Business Central in the largest BC developer organisation in Eastern Europe.

We are looking for skilled Python developers. It doesn’t matter where you work from – Ukraine, Europe, or another region.
Our main backend direction is Python combined with multiple frameworks (Django and FastAPI are the primary ones). In frontend development, we mostly use ReactJS.
Required skills:
