Here at Master of Code Global (MOCG) we are expanding our BA community of experts and looking for a senior BA specialist to join the E-commerce Product team in the fintech area. We are developing a high-quality Leasing platform which is being used by B2B and B2C end customers.

Required background and skills:

• 4+ years of solid experience as a Business Analyst in the IT industry using Scrum
• Experience in E-commerce, fintech, and automotive domains
• Upper-Intermediate English level is a must
• Strong knowledge and experience in various business analysis activities across the entire software development life cycle as well as different delivery methodologies, requirements elicitation techniques, as well as scope and risk management
• System analytics skills
• CRM platform experience
• High flexibility to adapt to changing stakeholders’ requirements but at the same time ability to structure, control, and prioritize the process
• Experience using requirements management tools (at least Confluence)
• Awareness of the latest UI/UX trends in web and mobile development
• Proficient in writing functional and non-functional requirements
• Modeling skills to represent requirements information in graphical form: BPMN or UML diagrams
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and investigative skills
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Motivated by research, investigations, and learnings

Responsibilities:

• Own the Requirements Management Process within the Master of Code Global product teams assigned to in partnership with other Business Analysts on the team. This includes:
  • Scope elicitation, and requirements management
  • Roadmap identification and features/backlog prioritization together with other Business Analysts, Product Managers, and other key stakeholders
  • Research, analysis, definition, and full documentation of the requirements, incl. creating necessary system diagrams, a detailed breakdown of functional and non-functional requirements
  • Managing expectations of the Product Manager and other stakeholders providing product features ideas as well as the development team
  • Requirements must be prepared in the format ready for the development and testing team to easily and efficiently create estimates for the work to be done
  • Consulting the team during the development and testing phases
  • Manage business flow in the BPMN modeler tool
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of business analysis practices used at MOCG as well as other procedures within the company

Nice to have skills:

• Experience in UX/UI prototyping
• Demonstrated direct working experience with stakeholders from Western Europe (France, DACH region)
• Proficiency in German/French languages will be a plus

• розуміння та практичне використання підходів збору, аналізу та керування вимогами на всіх етапах розробки програмного забезпечення;
• впевнене володіння основними нотаціями моделювання процесів (BPMN 2.0, UML);
• практичний досвід написання PRD, FRD, SRS, User guides, Reference manuals;
• вміння декомпозувати задачі для розробників та визначати пріоритети;
• досвід роботи з Jira, Confluence;
• вміння користуватися інструментами прототипування (Figma, Balsamiq, Axure);
• готовність працювати з нормативно-правовою базою.
• базові навички роботи з реляційними СУБД (виконання SQL запитів);

Буде перевагою:

• досвід роботи з SOAP/REST вебсервісами та форматами JSON, XML;
• базові розуміння інструментів тестування налагодження web-сервісів Postman, Soap Ui;

У ваші обов'язки буде входити:

• виявляти та збирати вимоги від замовників;
• проводити аналіз та формалізацію вимог майбутнього продукту або у розрізі наявних функціоналів;
• готувати технічну документацію (функціональні/нефункціональні вимоги), інструкції користувача;
• взаємодіяти з командами developers, designers, project managers на етапах розробки та тестування;
• проводити навчання користувачів системи;
• погоджувати бізнес-процеси, технічні завдання з учасниками робочих груп та замовниками;
• управляти та підтримувати в актуальному стані продуктовий backlog.

• Gathering, analyzing, clearly explaining, and refining requirements;
• Collaborating directly with cross-functional teams and other stakeholders to design effective solutions;
• Transforming complex business requirements into product specifications for the development team;
• Managing and supporting requirements during all stages of the development;
• Involving in planning, design, testing, and implementation activities;
• Continuously monitoring and evaluating product usage and staying updated with industry trends to provide insights and recommendations for improvements;
• Contributing to the development of data-driven insights and reports to support decision-making.

Essential professional experience:

• 2+ years of demonstrated IT business analysis experience;
• Experience with Marketing Automation/ ERP/CRM/ Omni-channel communication systems, and big and high-load projects;
• Knowledge of analytics and user tracking tools;
• Understanding of microservice architecture, API operation;
• Strong experience using different BA techniques and tools for documenting clear and comprehensive requirements, including user stories, acceptance criteria, diagrams, prototyping etc.);
• A clear understanding of the requirement life cycle and SDLC;
• Knowledge of UI/UX principles;
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management principles;
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to think critically, solve complex problems, and make data-driven decisions;
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail;
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and meet project deadlines.
