Technical expertise:
 

• Deep understanding of modern IT technologies, network infrastructure, cloud solutions, cybersecurity and data management.
• Experience with vendors such as Microsoft, HP, Dell, Cisco and others.
• Knowledge of software licensing, in particular Microsoft products.

Experience:

• Previous experience in IT management or IT leadership positions (3-5 years or more).
• Hands-on experience with Windows Server, including configuration, support and optimization.
• Knowledge and work with Check Point Firewall solutions (network security configuration, firewall management, etc.).
• Experience with Unifi, Aruba networking equipment (including setting up Wi-Fi infrastructure and network management).

• Weekend Hotline Coverage: Be available for emergency calls (if any).
• Responding to user issues primarily via chat and Zendesk Help Desk tickets (voice calls only in emergencies).
• Assisting with non-development-related IT support tasks.
• Executing predefined SQL statements or troubleshooting process-related issues (with elevated permissions).
• Providing basic alert monitoring and escalating major incidents as needed.
