We’re looking for an experienced and proactive ASO Specialist for our partner company to help us grow our portfolio of finance-related apps, including payday loans and car insurance. Our current focus is on Google Play, but we’re preparing for an iOS launch, so experience with both platforms is highly valued.
You’ll work on apps operating in competitive and compliance-sensitive niches, where deep platform knowledge, creativity, and a strong analytical approach are essential. Your role will include conducting full ASO audits, preparing roadmaps, iterating on metadata, running A/B tests, and improving app visuals. You’ll also be involved in localization, market research, and GEO prioritization.
The ideal candidate knows how to collaborate with developers, marketers, and account managers, generate and validate hypotheses, and turn data into actionable insights. What you'll do:

• Perform ASO audits and in-depth competitor analysis in the finance niche.
• Conduct and analyze A/B tests to improve store listing performance.
• Optimize app metadata, visuals (icons, screenshots), and descriptions for better visibility and conversion.
• Monitor key performance metrics (installs, CVR, retention, ratings) and identify growth opportunities.
• Create detailed reports with insights and actionable recommendations.
• Generate and test multiple hypotheses to improve app store performance.
• Work closely within a cross-functional team – actively communicate with developers, marketers, designers, and account managers.
• Stay updated on platform guidelines and market trends, especially in the finance vertical.
• Take initiative over ASO strategy execution for Android (and later iOS) apps.

What we expect from you:

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in ASO.
• Advanced skills in A/B testing for icons, screenshots, and descriptions.
• Strong expertise in ASO for finance-related apps, including payday loans, cash advance, and car insurance niches.
• Hands-on experience working with both Google Play and App Store (iOS rollout planned soon).
• In-depth knowledge of Google Play guidelines, especially in gray-area regions – ability to avoid policy violations.
• Experience working with Apple Search Ads (ASA) and motivated traffic acquisition strategies.
• Deep understanding of mobile analytics and the interdependence of key performance metrics (e.g., CVR, retention, LTV).
• Strong research and keyword optimization skills for English-speaking markets (USA, Canada).
• Ability to run competitive analysis and develop data-driven hypotheses.
• Familiarity with app localization and launching apps across multiple GEOs is a plus.

Наша команда складається з Product Manager, Project Manager, QA та 3 Golang DEV.

Задачі:

• Аналіз та оптимізація: Детальне вивчення та аналіз поточної архітектури, взаємодії наявних сервісів між собою та бізнес-процесів, особливо в контексті платіжних систем.
• Взаємодія зі стейкхолдерами: Ефективна комунікація та співпраця з внутрішніми та, за потребою, зовнішніми партнерами і замовниками щодо впровадження функціоналу payment команди.
• Збір та формалізація вимог: Комплексний збір та уточнення вимог від замовників/бізнес-користувачів. Трансформація функціональних та нефункціональних вимог у деталізовані та зрозумілі задачі для команд розробки (у тісній співпраці з ними).
• Проектування рішень: Оцінка технічної документації чи бізнес-вимог від замовника, а також проектування оптимальних технічних рішень. Опис задач для розробки, участь в оцінці та плануванні.
• Документування: Підготовка детального технічного завдання, супровідної документації по проекту, а також інструкцій з технічного обслуговування чи експлуатації впровадженого функціоналу.
• Управління життєвим циклом: Написання, узгодження та управління життєвим циклом технічної документації до продукту.
• Підтримка: Постійна комунікація та взаємодія з замовниками та командою розробки, включаючи пост-релізну підтримку впровадженого функціоналу.

Що важливо для даної ролі:

• Мінімум 2 роки практичного досвіду роботи в IT-проєктах на позиції Бізнес-аналітика або Системного аналітика.
• Фінтех-експертиза: Чітке розуміння роботи фінтех-продуктів та досвід роботи в банківській сфері (картковий продукт, кредити тощо в пріоритеті)
• Аналітичні навички: Наявність практичного досвіду збору, аналізу та формалізації вимог замовника. Вміння та бажання швидко розбиратися з новими вимогами та знаходити ефективні рішення для подолання обмежень.
• SDLC та роль БА: Глибоке розуміння етапів розробки програмного забезпечення (SDLC) та ролі бізнес-аналітика на кожному з цих етапів.
• Документування: Впевнений досвід складання технічного завдання, діаграм бізнес-процесів (зокрема, BPMN, UML), а також написання чіткої та повної технічної документації.
• Системна взаємодія: Досвід роботи в запуску функціоналу, що пов’язаний із взаємодією із зовнішніми та внутрішніми системами, а також досвід запуску комплексного функціоналу із залученням різних команд.
• Мікросервіси та СУБД: Розуміння мікросервісної архітектури та основ СУБД.
