Responsibilities:

• Manage the project team at all stages of the project (analysis, estimation, performance evaluation, planning, development, testing, status reporting).
• Be responsible and control the plan, budget, project resources within a certain amount.
• Define priorities and make things be completed in time.
• Own decision making within a defined level of authority.
• Provide leadership and motivation of team members to meet project objectives.
• Be ready for business trips 25-50% of your time.
• Monitor and increase the effectiveness of teams to achieve project goals.
• Drive process improvement – identify inefficiencies in the processes, suggest and introduce improvements.
