The Business Analyst's (BA) position revolves around understanding business needs, facilitating communication between stakeholders, and translating those needs into technical requirements. The position contributions help ensure that IT solutions align with business objectives and lead to improved processes, efficiency, and value creation. Business Analyst closely collaborates with development teams and other stakeholders, and is responsible for understanding the business's objectives, identifying opportunities for improvement, and translating those requirements into clear and actionable specifications for the development team.

What You Need For This Position:

Core Business Analysis Skills:

• Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Ability to elicit, document, and analyze business requirements using various techniques (interviews, workshops, user stories);
• Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage relationships with clients, internal teams (development, QA), and end-users;
• Documentation & Use Case Creation: Skilled at creating clear, concise, and comprehensive business requirements documents, user stories, use cases, and other documentation.

Technical Skills:

• Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) Knowledge;
• Understanding of project management principles;
• Familiarity with common project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana).

Previous experience:

• Experience working in an outsourced setting at least for 1+ year;

Які завдання вам належить вирішувати:

• Resource Management: створювати, розвивати та організовувати роботу департаменту геймдизайну на рівні компанії та проектів.
• People Management: брати участь у наймі та формуванні команди, проводити 1x1, складати плани розвитку співробітників, підтримувати та розвивати процеси з організації роботи команди.
• Підвищувати ефективність процесів розробки: вибудовування та контроль стандартів пайплайну, воркфлоу, ревью тощо.
• Брати участь у співпродюсуванні наших ігор.

Які завдання вам належить вирішувати:

• Проробляти стратегічну та тактичну лінію закупівлі для UA команди.
