We are looking for an experienced Magento 2 Developer/Technical Lead to lead a team of Backend and Frontend Magento 2 developers in technical design and implementation of technology-focused eCommerce solutions.
This role will include hands-on software development, as well as team leadership and mentoring, approximately in 50/50 ratios. The role assumes engagement with internal and external technical and business stakeholders, so quality verbal and written communications in English are essential.

• High level of proficiency in MySQL, Elasticsearch and caching layers of the platform.
• Proficiency in integration methods including usage of middleware solutions, asynchronous integration patterns (messaging and batches), backends for frontends patterns, headless patterns.
• Solid knowledge of modern OOP and integration patterns, modern practices (Dependency Injection, Facades, Separation of Concerns).
• 2+ year of team management experience and Agile environment.
• Experience in Docker-based development and deployments.
• Experience in profiling and optimisation for code and databases.
