Обов’язки:

• Розробляти внутрішні інформаційні системи компанії.
• Відповідати за проєктування, розробку та ефективне функціонування програмного забезпечення.
• Проводити покриття unit тестами.
• Проєктувати, розробляти та підтримувати RESTful web сервіси ІС.
• Визначати потребу в проведенні рефакторингу коду існуючих інформаційних систем.
• Виконувати проєктування схеми баз даних.

Необхідні навички:

• Повна вища освіта.
• Глибокі знання мови програмування Python 3+ років.
• Досвід роботи із веб-фреймворками: Django, Django REST та Celery – 3+ років.
• Знання SQL, досвід роботи з реляційними та нереляційними базами даних (Redis, PostgreSQL)
• Досвід написання unittest-ів.
• Знання та досвід роботи з чергами RabbitMQ.
• Знання та досвід роботи з Docker.
• Досвід роботи з системою управління версіями (git, github, GitLab)
• Досвід проєктування архітектури ІС.
• Аналітичний склад розуму, вміння працювати в команді, гнучкість, висока концентрація на вирішення поставлених задач
• Середній рівень володіння англійською мовою (листування і технічна документація).

Буде плюсом:

Position duties:

• Work as a part of distributed Development Team.
• Design and implementation of low-latency, high-availability, and performant application.

Our Requirements:

• 5+ years of Python programming experience (Tornado, async.io, Flask);

• OOP and Design patterns;

Requirements

• Previous experience in developing AI models for SQL generation from natural language queries.
• Familiarity with SQL generation tools and techniques, including query templates and SQL builders, is essential.

• Familiarity with NLP pre-trained models (e.g., ChatGPT, Langchain, StarCoder, SQLCoder).

Responsibilities

• Research and implement state-of-the-art techniques and frameworks for LLM training and inference, such as ChatGPT, Langchain, StarCoder, SQLCoder, etc.
• Train, fine-tune, and evaluate LLMs on various datasets, benchmarks, and evaluation metrics, such as WikiSQL, Spider, HumanEval, etc.
• Experiment with different prompt engineering, in-context learning, zero-shot learning, and other methods to improve the performance and robustness of LLMs for various tasks, such as natural language to SQL (NL2SQL), natural language to code (NL2Code), code analysis, code generation, etc.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand the business requirements and use cases for LLM-based products
• Communicate and document the technical details and results of the LLMs and products

We are looking for a highly motivated Python Engineer to design, implement, and maintain efficient and scalable software solutions using Python.

Our Perfect Candidate

• Strong knowledge and experience with languages and frameworks: Python 3+, Django / FastAPI / Flask / aiohttp;
• Experience using such tools: Unix operating system / Windows WSL, Pip, Pipenv, Poetry (optional), Conda (optional), bash basic commands (cd, cp, mv, ls, ps, ssh, find, grep at least), GIT;
• Experience with technology: Python unit tests / Pytest (preferred), Celery, Channels, SQLAlchemy, ELK (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana), Tensorflow, Numpy, pandas, Apache Spark, Docker;
• Strong experience with the listed storages / brokers: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, RabbitMQ, SQS;
• Experience with Cloud services: AWS, Google,DigitalOcean;
• Knowledge of architecture: MVC, REST, SOLID, DRY, KISS.

Key Qualifications/Responsibilities

Requirements:

• BS/MS degree in Computer Science or related field;
• Upper-Intermediate level of English is mandatory;
• 3+ years of commercial experience in Natural Language Processing / Machine Learning;
• Proficiency in Python and strong programming skills;
• Experience with NLP frameworks and libraries, including PyTorch and TensorFlow;
• Strong understanding of NLP techniques for text classification, summarization, NER, semantic search;
• Experience with deep learning language models such as BERT, GPT, or similar;
• Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.

Will be a plus:

• Hands-on experience with MLOps system architecture using Hadoop, Docker, Kubernetes, cloud services (GCP/Amazon/Azure).
