Про проєкт: 

"Система управління силами та засобами цивільного захисту" (СУСЗ) це розробка ДП "ІНФОТЕХ", основна задача якої полягає в комплексному розв'язанні проблем, пов'язаних з ефективністю, оперативністю, та координацією дій сил цивільного захисту під час реагування на надзвичайні ситуації в тому числі при отриманні викликів на лінію 112 та 101. Проєкт передбачає розробку та імплементацію сучасних інформаційних та технічних рішень для підвищення рівня безпеки населення та забезпечення ефективного управління ресурсами у критичних ситуаціях. 

Проєкт (СУСЗ) успішно введено в дослідну експлуатацію. Він знаходиться на стадії безперервного розвитку та вдосконалення, забезпечуючи постійне впровадження нововведень та оптимізацій. В рамках виконання робіт з розвитку, є необхідність в оновленні та розширенні функціональності системи, включно з інтеграцією з зовнішніми сервісами та вдосконаленням чинних модулів для забезпечення більш ефективного управління ресурсами цивільного захисту. 

Вимоги до кандидата:

• 3+ роки досвіду управління проєктами в галузі ІТ, зокрема з розробкою та впровадженням інформаційних систем.
• Практичний технічний бекграунд - MUST(розробник, БА, QA)
• Впевнене розуміння мережевої інфраструктури й протоколів;
• Досвід роботи у великих проєктах з інформатизації та цифровізації, бажано у сфері цивільного захисту або державного управління.
• Глибоке розуміння методологій управління проєктами (PMP, Agile/Scrum тощо).
• Навички роботи з інструментами планування проєктів, такими як MS Project, Jira тощо.

Обов'язки:

• Розробка плану проєкту та підпроєктів, включаючи розподіл завдань, визначення етапів реалізації, ресурсів, бюджетів та часових рамок.
• Управління командою проєкту та підпроєктів, включаючи розподіл завдань, постановка завдань, моніторинг виконання, мотивацію команди та розв’язання конфліктів.
• Підтримка ефективної комунікації з усіма зацікавленими сторонами проєкту, включаючи замовників, співвиконавців, постачальників, партнерів та користувачів системи.
